It’s a shame that the way it was packaged caused some parts to get damaged, like the right-side armrest, which is now marked with scratches. I hope it will return to its normal shape over time. The seams in some places, as you can see, aren’t very neat. The massage cushion works very well, but the cable is too short and there’s no on/off button, so you have to keep plugging and unplugging it, which is really inconvenient. Other than that, it’s easy to set up, comfortable, simple to use, and rolls smoothly. I’m waiting for a response from the seller about replacing the armrest.
