5 stars for the Italian espresso machine, but if it were possible, I would give UPS -100 stars for the delivery, as this is not the first time this has happened. They say they can’t deliver to your home, so the package will be left at a UPS pickup point, but UPS doesn’t even bother to come to your home for the delivery. I don’t understand why we use this terrible delivery company. And what’s more, when you try to contact customer service, no one answers, and the call costs 2 euros per minute. It’s a real disgrace. There are so many other delivery companies, and I don’t understand why we still use UPS. Honestly, for me, this is a company that should be banned.

Great! I didn’t expect this coffee machine, at such a good price, to be so excellent. It makes very intense coffee, with multiple grind settings, resulting in a coffee that’s rich in aroma and crema. Thank you for offering such great products, and the shipping speed is fantastic. I’m very happy with it.

Works great! It makes very professional-quality coffee. The milk heater is fantastic, and the grinder is made of steel and seems to be of good quality. I’ve only tried it a couple of times, and so far I have no complaints. The only issue is that the shipping took longer than expected, so it didn’t arrive in time for Three Kings’ Day.
